Yoga Classes

Yoga is a wonderful traditional practice which has many benefits for both our bodies and minds. We teach traditional Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga including Iyengar modifications, we believe yoga should be available to everyone and therefore offering these variations on all postures makes my classes suitable for all abilities and levels.

Students are encouraged to focus on their breath throughout class bringing their awareness inwards therefore detaching themselves from any worry about how flexible the person on the next mat is or what they look like… encouraging students to clear their minds and commit to their practice. This creates a relaxing, friendly and non-judging environment allowing students to connect with themselves, calm the mind and leave feeling relaxed.

Private classes are also available which can be held in the comfort of your own home, please contact for a quote on your private session.

Yoga and Me

I discovered the benefits of yoga whilst going through a difficult time in my life, yoga helped to calm my mind and was a wonderful coping tool through this period also helping to reduce the physical effects this stress was causing on my body. Since then I have continued to practice and study yoga falling more in love with all aspects of this amazing practice. I decided I wanted to share this practice with others, making yoga accessible to everyone therefore I trained and qualified as a registered Yoga Alliance teacher. I completed my training in Goa from direct Iyengar Lineage and continue to teach traditional techniques that honour the source of my training in India.
